1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the masaya365 platform — including but not limited to the website at masaya365.best, the games library, the sportsbook, and any promotional features — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a working Philippine mobile number. You must keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

Masaya365 will verify your details during registration and may request additional documentation at any time, including:

Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to contain false information are subject to closure. Any balance held in an unverified account at the time of closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Account Security

5. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Most e-wallet deposits reflect in your masaya365 account instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times.

Important points regarding deposits:

Masaya365 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Cheating and collusion: Any form of collaboration with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hand information in real-time card games.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to play games or place bets on masaya365.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. If you notice an error, you are expected to stop using the affected feature and report it to support immediately.

14. Account Termination

Any eligible balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification and the terms applicable to any active bonuses.

Masaya365 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if:

• The member's account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Required identity verification cannot be completed.

• The member's account has been dormant for more than 24 consecutive months with no login activity.

In the case of closure due to a member's breach of terms, masaya365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and legal review.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of masaya365 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms
